Disclosure:
SparkTraffic publishes this review and sells ad-based website traffic that can compete with RichAds. We checked RichAds public pages and primary policy sources on 2 Nov 2026, and we did not buy a campaign.

A RichAds review needs to separate the price of a click from the cost of getting a useful result. RichAds publishes a $150 minimum advertiser deposit, push bids from $0.003 and pop bids from $0.50 CPM, while also claiming more than 5 billion daily impressions across 220 countries. [1] Those numbers show potential scale, but they do not show whether a particular landing page, market or offer will convert.

RichAds is an honest ad network in the sense used in this series: it places ads through publisher inventory rather than selling automated visits or ranking signals. An ad network links advertisers with websites or apps that want to show advertising. [2] The fair question is whether the network discloses enough about its company, payment rules and traffic controls for you to run a measured test.

Verdict
  • RichAds is operated by RICHADS LTD, a Cyprus company with public terms, a company number and a legal address.
  • The RichAds minimum deposit is $150. Individual bid floors are lower, but the deposit is the real entry commitment.
  • RichAds offers eight formats, including push, popunder, native, direct click, pre-roll video, Telegram, display and in-page advertising.
  • Its publisher page says there is no minimum volume, with e-wallet payouts from $10 and wire payouts from $500.

RichAds Review: Assessment Summary

A polished interface can make an ad network look simpler than its commercial terms. For example, a $0.003 push click sounds accessible, but a first advertiser still needs to fund at least $150 before the campaign can run. That gap between a bid floor and cash committed is the first issue to resolve in any RichAds review.

It helps to prioritize the items in the table before comparing headline CPC or CPM numbers. This works because identity, payment terms and traffic controls shape the downside of a test before an optimization feature has a chance to help.

How the RichAds Ad Network Works

Many buyers use the word traffic as if it describes one product. It does not. A push campaign sends a notification-style ad to a subscriber and charges per click, while a popunder campaign opens a landing page after a user interaction and charges per thousand impressions. Native advertising puts paid creative in a format that resembles surrounding content, and RichAds says its native traffic starts at $0.001 CPC. [3]

You can use the format that matches the action you want to measure and keep that action consistent through the test. This works because an email sign-up, product view and app installation have different paths to conversion, so a single blended result can hide the source of performance.

Ad-based website traffic is the closest SparkTraffic offer in this comparison. SparkTraffic is an advertising service that sends geo-targeted visitors through display, native and pop-under ads on partner publisher sites. Like RichAds, it connects advertisers with publisher inventory, supports geographic and device targeting, and publishes checks intended to exclude invalid traffic. SparkTraffic's public FAQ describes five behavior checks and says a campaign stops if two or more fail. [4]

Table 2. RichAds formats and public starting bids
FormatHow RichAds describes paymentPublic starting pointUseful first question
PushCPC, paid when a user clicks$0.003 CPCDoes an opted-in notification audience fit the offer?
PopunderCPM, paid per 1,000 impressions$0.50 CPM in Tier 3 GEOsIs a direct landing-page visit the right path?
NativeCPC$0.001 CPCDoes the creative suit the publisher content context?
Direct clickCPM$1.50 CPMIs a parked-domain redirect appropriate for the offer and audience?
Pre-roll videoCPM$0.05 CPMCan a short video explain the offer clearly?

The figures are entry bids, not a forecast of effective cost. RichAds says current average and top bids are shown in its Insights area by format, GEO and device. A useful comparison therefore starts with the same audience and the same completed action, rather than a cross-format bid comparison.

RichAds Minimum Deposit, Pricing and Payment Terms

The RichAds minimum deposit is a common search because it determines whether the platform suits a small experiment. A business owner may see the push bid floor and expect to begin with a few dollars, then discover that platform access starts at $150. Deposit size and ad price are separate numbers, and treating them as one creates a misleading budget.

A useful first step is setting a maximum acquisition cost before funding any network, then deciding whether the deposit can buy enough measured activity to judge that cost. This works because a low CPC has little value if the campaign cannot produce a reliable sample of the action that pays the business.

Table 3. RichAds advertiser deposit levels
LevelMinimum depositPublicly listed support or service
Starter$150Self-serve launches, launch checklist and general support within one hour
Growth$500Personal ad expert support, audit and GEO or vertical whitelists
Scale$3,000Managed campaign setup, weekly performance check, creative help and API support
VIP$10,000Priority moderation, senior expert support, custom creatives and a 5% first-deposit bonus

A practical budget check is to divide the planned deposit by the maximum cost per qualified session or conversion. If the resulting number is too small to tell whether the page works, a smaller-entry managed option or a different channel may be more useful than chasing the lowest bid.

Who RichAds Fits, and Who It Does Not Fit

An eight-format platform can solve several advertising problems, but variety can also lead to a poor fit. A small software firm might need a controlled landing-page test, while an experienced affiliate buyer may need source-level optimization and a high-volume format. Both can call their goal traffic, but their evidence requirements are different.

You can match the platform to your operating model before comparing features. This works because a self-serve network rewards buyers who can read performance data and act on it, whereas a managed offer reduces the number of moving parts for a team with a narrow test goal.

RichAds fits advertisers who can commit at least $150, want to choose among push, popunder, native or other formats, and can measure conversions. Its published tools include Target CPA, Performance Mode, automated rules, micro bidding and an API, although the precise availability of each feature can vary by format. [1] It is also a plausible RichAds publisher option for sites, apps, domains, social accounts and Telegram Mini Apps. The publisher page says registration has no moderation or minimum-volume requirement, and that e-wallet payouts start at $10 while wire payouts start at $500. [6]

It is less suitable if you need a publicly guaranteed placement list, a spend below the deposit, or an ad format that is inconsistent with your brand or local rules. RichAds' own FAQ lists gambling, betting, dating, finance, e-commerce, antivirus and nutra among its experienced verticals. Its rules also prohibit illegal, misleading, coercive or fraudulent activity. [7] A good fit depends on your compliance obligations, not on a format being available.

Traffic Quality, Publisher Rules and Policy Risk

Every ad network faces the same basic quality problem: activity can be human yet irrelevant, or it can be invalid and harm both advertiser and publisher. A publisher who buys cheap visits to increase ad earnings may see a short-term impression lift while putting the account at risk. Quality checks must therefore protect the buyer's data and the publisher's monetization.

Fraud prevention is best treated as a measurement question, not a badge. This works because a claim of bot filtering is useful only when campaign delivery, location, engagement and conversions remain credible in your own analytics.

RichAds says its traffic is verified by AdScore and that it blocks bot or fraudulent traffic. Its dedicated page says AdScore filters and blocks fraudulent traffic before it reaches an advertiser or before a publisher receives a payout. [8] The publisher agreement separately prohibits activity intended to augment end-user numbers and allows the company to reduce, withhold or deduct payment where it suspects fraud. [9]

Google's invalid-traffic policy sets a useful outside standard. It says invalid traffic includes clicks or impressions that may artificially inflate an advertiser's costs or a publisher's earnings, including automated clicking tools, traffic sources and robots. [10] RichAds' published controls align with the goal of preventing that kind of activity, but we did not buy a campaign, so we cannot independently verify a specific campaign's traffic quality or filter performance.

RichAds, RichPush and RichPops: Confirmed Brand History

A rebrand can leave old names in searches, invoices and case studies. That can make a buyer wonder whether RichPush, RichPops and RichAds are separate companies, or whether their historical case studies belong to the current platform. The distinction matters when you verify terms and support contacts.

The safer route is to base a commercial decision on the current legal entity and current terms. This works because historical brand names explain old material, while RICHADS LTD is the company identified in the current terms and publisher agreement.

RichAds' own review page says the business began in 2018 as RichPush, launched RichPops a year later, and unified formats under the RichAds brand in 2020. [11] That is a connection confirmed by RichAds' public page, not an independent corporate-history finding. We found no confirmed ownership connection between RICHADS LTD and another operator in this SparkTraffic series after checking RichAds' current legal pages and official-site search results.

How to Evaluate RichAds Fairly

A platform's global-impression figure does not tell you whether visitors will take the one action that matters to your business. For example, a campaign can deliver clicks cheaply while generating no completed sign-ups because the landing page is slow, the offer is unclear or the audience is wrong. Buying a campaign just to confirm delivery therefore gives weak evidence.

A fair test uses one landing page and one primary outcome under controlled conditions. This works because a consistent page and outcome let you attribute changes to the audience and creative rather than to several simultaneous changes.

Table 4. A fair RichAds evaluation scorecard
MetricWhat it answersWhy it matters
Spend per qualified sessionAre visitors taking meaningful actions after arrival?A click alone does not show product interest.
Cost per key eventWhat does each sign-up, lead or purchase cost?It compares the campaign with the business value of the action.
Targeting matchDo country, device and timing match the intended audience?A mismatch can make results look worse or better than the market really is.
Landing-page engagementDo visitors view content or start the intended journey? It distinguishes an offer problem from a delivery problem.
Invalid-traffic signalsAre activity patterns unusually uniform or inconsistent? It protects the budget and keeps publisher monetization compliant.

How RichAds Compares With Other Honest Ad Networks

Choosing a RichAds alternative by format name alone creates a false comparison. Two networks can both offer popunder ads, but one may require a different deposit, support model or level of placement visibility. A small advertiser who needs managed setup has a different decision from a publisher who needs a low payout threshold.

It helps to start with the type of relationship you need, then compare entry commitment and inventory. This works because it removes platforms that cannot meet the basic commercial constraint before you spend time on secondary features.

RichAds begins at $150 and combines self-serve campaigns with higher deposit tiers that add management support. SparkTraffic's managed website traffic service starts with 2,000 free credits and monthly plans from $9.96, placing display, native and pop-under ads on partner publisher sites. [4] PropellerAds, Adsterra and HilltopAds are other honest ad networks in this series with different format mixes and entry terms. See RichAds alternatives compared, PropellerAds review, Adsterra review and HilltopAds review before choosing.

Frequently Asked Questions About RichAds

RichAds searches often combine the company name with a narrow commercial question. The practical recommendation is to check the public terms and the account-specific rate before funding, because the deposit, payout threshold and bid floor answer different questions.

Is RichAds legit?

RichAds publishes a company name, Cyprus registration number, legal address, advertiser terms, publisher agreement and public deposit threshold. Those disclosures support treating it as an identifiable ad-network business. They do not guarantee that every campaign will perform, and we did not buy a campaign for this review.

What is the RichAds minimum deposit?

RichAds states that advertiser access begins with a $150 deposit. Its published loyalty levels then rise to $500, $3,000 and $10,000. The minimum bid for a format is different from the minimum account funding requirement.

Is RichAds a push ad network only?

No. RichAds lists push, popunder, native, display, direct click, pre-roll video, Telegram and in-page ads. Push is a major product, but the platform is broader than a push-only network.

What are the RichAds publisher payout terms?

The RichAds publisher page says there is no minimum required volume. It lists e-wallet payouts from $10 and wire-transfer payouts from $500, with payments every two weeks on NET 15 terms. The public agreement also permits action against fraudulent activity.

Is RichAds traffic bot-free?

RichAds says it uses in-house controls and AdScore verification to block bot and fraudulent traffic. We cannot independently verify that claim because no campaign was purchased for this review. You can review your own delivery and conversion data before increasing spend.
