Clients will receive email notifications regarding campaign updates, including when ads begin serving, when spending limits are approached, and when campaigns conclude.

SparkTraffic does not sign individual NDAs for every agency or client that wishes to use our services; however, as part of the terms of our service, you can be sure that we treat every client with full Non-Disclosure respect.

The Recipient (SparkTraffic) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose except the Purpose without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.

We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party except to your company’s employees [and professional advisers] who need to know the same for the purpose.

By joining, you agree to receive emails from SparkTraffic, which could be in the form of order notifications, system updates, new services, offers or educational material.

All Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Spain have the exclusive jurisdiction to:

1. Determine any dispute
2. Grant interim remedies
3. Grant any other provisional or protective relief
